Society is increasingly demanding more machine-person interactions. Two “worlds” that have followed parallel paths in their “relationship”, but which must understand each other to improve quality of life for people in different fields.
Tekniker has developed robotic enabling technologies allowing natural person-machine interactions to be set into motion by the voice, a gaze, corporal gestures and movements or postures, although never neglecting several fundamental aspects such as customisation, continuously following dialogues, the possibility of holding a conversation and understanding how decisions are taken (explicability).
The sole purpose of these technologies is to make person-machine communications as intuitive and natural as possible by avoiding artificial interactions and improving usability.
