The Ingenious Detective

The goal is to use an embedded computer systems and sensors to analyze and solve cases in an environment of mutual help and competition.
Actual data from an example situation will be provided. With the support of the activity supervisors, the participants will have to analyse all the clues provided, in order to find the solution, putting their reasoning to the test with the help of programmable electronic systems and data analysis.
Participants will also have the opportunity to visit the Advanced Robotics and Smart Factories Laboratory in the D building of the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic University of Leiria, where they will be able to:
1. To know part of the work and projects carried out at ESTG\Polytechnic of Leiria in the area of robotics.
2. Have contact with robotic manipulators, within the scope of Industry 4.0.
3. Interact with educational mobile robots.
